Profit Sharing
To assist you with your future financial needs, Hayden Tower Service, Inc. offers profit sharing. This plan is available to all employees after
one year of employment.
Enrollment in the program is April 1st of every year. After six years ofservice,
you will be 100% vested in your profit sharing account. In this manner, all
employees who make a long term commitment of quality service to HTSI will benefit from company
profits. The profit sharing plan is a great way to help you save for your
future!
Travel Allowance
It shouldn't be a financial burden for you to work for
us out of town. Hayden Tower Service,
Inc. reimburses you for food and lodging when you are away from home.
